Which credential do I use?
Portal sign-in identifies you. Production and platform integrations use organization application credentials — not your personal Try It key.
Configuring QuoteWerks, VARStreet, or another platform: use your organization Client ID and Client Secret, plus the subscription key that platform requires. Never use another partner’s credentials.
Calling APIs from your server or middleware in production: use OAuth client credentials (organization Client ID/Secret) and the subscription key per APIM policy. Do not use a personal Try It key as the long-term production secret.
Trying an operation in this portal: use your user subscription / test key on DEV or TEST. Prefer TEST for integration testing. Avoid treating PROD Try It as normal practice.
Contractors: credentials and this login apply only to the ScanSource partner ID you were approved for. Use a separate login per partner engagement.
Security: never email Client Secrets; rotate if exposed; when a contractor leaves, remove their user access and rotate the organization secret. Sandbox and production values are different — do not mix environments.

Account details
When you are signed in, account status and portal subscriptions appear on this page. Organization Client ID, Client Secret, and organization subscription key open in ScanSource identity and return you here when finished.
If identity asks you to confirm again, complete it once, or Close that screen to stay on Profile. Do not use Home — credentials live here.
